How does it ' Work ' is the question everyone asks me
The moment you step into the field of horses, you become a part of the herd.
From that moment the horses will react on you when you are not in alignment with your true self.
The horses pick up that energy from your unconscious patterns combined with your external behavior.
Horses pick up your emotions, feelings, thoughts, also the ones you are not aware of. So those are the most interesting ones. The unconscious believes are mostly also your limiting beliefs.
That can be confronting and a lot of themes can come up in one session.
Imagine one session with the horses is the same as 3 with an general 'therapist'.

Why?
When horses are together in the field, they want to be in aligned, in rest mode. They eat and play.
When a part of the herd is not in alignment, they will respond on that specific behaviour in a few seconds.
Horses are always scanning their environment to see if everything is safe.
They pick up feelings, noises, smells really quicky as they are one of the most sensitive animals.
Horses are always authentic & honest !
They will always give you the feedback you need so you are able to grow and expand.
You can break free from the patterns in your life that are not supporting your growth.

How?
You will step in the field with 1 question or theme that you are struggling with in your life.
Referring to that question, I ask deeper questions and and exercises will be suggested. Everything is happening NEXT to the horse. Not on the horse.
Every session is an adventure & always different.
Me?
I am there to guide and support you, together with the horses but the answers will come from within yourself.
At the end of the session i will guide you into an aligned action, a take away to do in the week after the coaching.
That aligned action will help you to move on in your daily life.

Wow, what an experience! It feels so special to experience how good horses could sense my emotions. I was surprised how clear the horses could show me about my familysystem and my personal situation. Even when it started to rain after 2 minutes .. I was so happy we kepy going with the session because it gave me so much insides. I most definitely recommend this to everyone.

There are no words to describe what I experienced in this session. If you are in doubt about a choice you need to make in your life, I recommend working with Ineke. I felt so comfortable in the session, even the session was hard, confronting and the were a lot of emotions.., there is a specific relaxing energy in Ineke that it made me feel that i could be my authentic self around her.
